Noah just seems like the world's biggest wuss, like he's afraid of anything and everything.
Except in this case his hesitance makes sense given her horns. They're pretty ominous.

It's more the specifics that kinda were like "uh what..?"
There's a very big difference between "Hey I think this character doesn't feel comfortable in their body" & "this character wants to be this specific person, with this specific name from this specific nation!"
That second one just feels a bit "oh .. ok..ay?" to me. ^^
