You could say that floating down here, is something they all do.
I swear if Nero plays the violin when we finally see him I'm just going to be just immeasurably happy for no real reason.
Ha. I get "It."
Honestly, I suspect that Nero's just a charming fellow who's actually more corrupt than anyone else who has been in office.
If this is happening SINCE the laws the guy introduced, that's pretty clear it's because of them, and it's by design (maybe masked by some fake justification).
And how did these companies get these "excess" bodies?
He seems awfully nice for a guy named Nero.
Does he run a coffee chain?
I'm gonna say Nero's just a charming fellow with genuinely good intentions and a daunting set of problems to tackle. Reflexive pessimism is so tiring, you know?
Earlier in Tobi's arc it was specified dead bodies were just piled up in the streets of Lorg before Nero's burrial law.
So technically his law is the reason they're in the sewers yes, but only cause they're not literally scattered along the streets.
Hey what kind of senses does Three have? Can he smell or taste?
He can smell fear and has immaculate taste in fashion.
