INFINITY ROAD.

ta da.

I bet Neo's favourite magic user is Infinity, because his power mostly requires copy pasting the same image all over the place... :D

Also, "Stairway to Heaven" should be starting to play in the background any seconds now.

That is truly glorious. I especially love Bindy rolling her eyes at this.

Tobi, in fact, can argue with the safety. IIRC, it's still unknown if Infinite is the one who has no restrictions on killing at all.

Well, it's that or jumping from death floor to death floor.

I mean, if you're standing on an Infinite-clone, do you count as standing on the death floor?

I'd never have taken Lord Infinite as the kind of guy who lets other walk all over him.

26071: Chlorodatathree - Monday, June 7 2021 - 2:14 AM

A path so impressive I could loose my arm !

26072: giovanni - Monday, June 7 2021 - 2:53 AM

infinity road.... feels like a reference to something as well

Mario Kart?

26073: Straightbackward - Monday, June 7 2021 - 2:54 AM

The power of lemmings!

26074: Fuz - Monday, June 7 2021 - 3:51 AM

But... he could evaporate the path when they're standing on rainbow tiles.

26075: Ibri - Monday, June 7 2021 - 4:20 AM

I like his style, good move.

26076: Jake - Monday, June 7 2021 - 5:04 AM

Even if he does evaporate the path to drop someone into the abyss, the paladin can probably rescue them with her own power.

26077: Woodledude - Monday, June 7 2021 - 9:14 AM

@someone
I would agree with you, except that this is a huge power move if you think about it. It's not that people are walking all over him, it's that they HAVE to, and he's allowing them of their own initiative. Not to mention, walking across dozens of bodies, magical clones or not, is not a particularly comfortable or easy way to get around.

So it's probably a huge power trip for him.

Even his minion doesn't look excited

Infinite's infinity road of infinite clones

26080: TheMegax - Monday, June 7 2021 - 11:56 AM

Now that I see it, Infinite can't separate from his clones, nor can they separate from each other. Constantly creating clones could be too taxing in magic usage, though.

I believe the Infinite road is safe -- at least for the first who dare tread down it. After all, to convince the others, he's going to need to let them see someone (and not Bindy) make it safely to the exit.

But I'm going to go even one step further, and say that Infinite has no intention to kill anyone (who didn't angered him first, like the paladin and the cop). As a magic user with special skills, he'd earn more from the game if he convinces people to buy his protection than if he kills everyone. Unless he's a saboteur like Shalhia and Jay-Jay, of course, but I don't think so.

That looks like a pretty lumpy, unstable path. It seems anything on him duplicates with him, so why not stick a wooden plank up the back of his cloak before replicating? That would make for a better road.
