That's a statement that could be interpreted two very different ways. Does she mean "heroes" as in agents of Heroland, and the job is following orders? Or does she mean "heroes" as in actual heroes with the job of doing the right thing?
That newscast from Tobi's story did mention "the biggest hero catfight ever", so SOMEBODY is going to start an infight party.

Yeah, unless it turns out they're all descendants of gods they do not currently fit any definition of hero, including the one Heroland uses.
