Exactly, Noah.

They agree, hurrah.

It's kinda funny that Noah's wish granting power seems to be more about granting the wishes of others. He's kind of like a genie, but one who makes wishes on other people's behalf.

Small spelling error in the first panel.

Noah might be approaching the "kinda motivated" level of motivation.

Noah, I get that the mind reading is creepy to you, but I am BEGGING you to learn some OpSec

One of the most op powers in the world, and Noah of all people has it.

@ Neoriceisgood: Panel 1, you used "want get flayed" instead of "won't get flayed".

@ Comic & Noname: From what I remember, so far all of Noah's Wishes have either affected him or the person he merged with, and have been related to Magic. It's entirely possible that his "Wish-Granting Powers" are limited in affecting things directly, likely through modification of the individual's Spirit.

This could mean that the only "Wishes" he can get from possessing those without magic is either to awaken their Potential, or to modify something about himself, depending on the specifics of his power. On the other hand, it also means that his Wish Granting Power can't give something that the person couldn't have theoretically have been capable of doing on their own.

Chernyl is actually a great example of this. In theory, she COULD have learnt how to deactivate her power with sufficient training. In practice, she never got the chance due to its innate nature and the fact that she awoke to it when she was so young. That's also before paying attention to her country of origin and its institutionalised fear of magic meaning that she had nowhere she could have attempted to learn control.

All in all, I can't see Noah's power actually reaching full-on "Wish Granting" level, but rather being restricted to a maximum limit of "permanent power enhancer". Likely with Noah gaining access to Free Magic from it's use at some point.

I don't envy Ciel. It's infuriating for someone to make it like pulling teeth when you're trying to help them.

Then again, I guess Noah has some trauma about pulling teeth now.
