We still don't know who likyed Infinite. Assuming that mystery still matters, it's likely between Levin, Bindy, Foxy, Shalhia, Heuston, Mr. Green, or mayyybe Maria.

Bindy doesn't know who the player who's allowed to kill anyone is

It's entirely possible foxy is red, but also Levin is standing next to an exit

@oskarlolo if the floor color matches player color then can kill. Also if believe the game masters are dead and no longer in control.

I honestly want to know what Levin's deal is. He's an incredible asshole with the moves to evade magic users so no idea if has spirit or is an esper or is just that well trained. He chooses betray and maximize his own benefit at every opportunity even though it's constantly burning bridges where the game is long-term. And in fact goes out of way to draw ire.

Multiple times people have tried to put him up for vote. Three was ignored since can't speak and most recently apparently there was no one who could answer the call.

TBH I think Bindy is just easily bullied, especially in her grief and insecurity.

@oskarlolo he can't but Bindy is pretty timid and not likely to challenge him regardless. He's probably mostly promising to help her survive if it a very tenetive promise.

It's not like she can just run and have much of a chance.

i guess the announcement stuff is probably automated, so any rule-defying actions will still be met with death (also automated).

not much there to stop Three from just.. slapping Levin's head off, though. Pretty indestructible. Unless their rule is 'if you kill anyone, Tobi dies', or something.

@Oskarloko - If Levin is player "Red", he can kill on a red floor. Even if he isn't, he can always bluff and say that he is; Bindy is a fairly meek person, so I could easily see him trying that with her.

Well at least she didn't run into the paladin. Levin's the only one who's survived spending five minutes in Shalhia's presence since this mining expedition began.

@oskarloko: Oh there are any number of possible reasons why young Binky is in fear of her life.

Levin may be the player who can kill any where. He could simply lie about being the aforementioned player. He could threaten to cripple her and leave her to die from black crystal exposure or any of a number of dangers. The smile foundation may be unable to enforce the rules on account of having been slaughtered. He may be able to survive whatever method they'd use to punish him for murdering poor Binvette. And of course if he murders her, killing Levin wouldn't bring her back.

We know he knows that he can kill on player-colored floor.
He may have coerced Beatrice into believing he's the player with license to kill, he is an experienced player in this kind of games and in this kind of deception.
We know Heusten was the one with this permission. But that was revealed only to Shit-Hair.
Everybody knows about the checkered floor kill rule.
