Aaah, me not is smart. I just remembered that Mr.Green explained how Yellow just had a strong reaction to the sight of a Phantasm, that is was a common thing. So it is normal Levin's just having that as Housten's Phantasm is about to make an appearance.

The way I see it, Smile is more than pleased that they managed to create a phantasm. Assuming Green is correct, they've achieved their goal, so no need to keep the others around.

If our Host has become a phantasm, that would explain where this announcement is coming from.

I'm guessing the whatever the phantasm is doing is starting to corrupt Smile's announcements.
