I just remembered the Mother Of Rabbits is one of the council who wants Tobi King in power.
An' esper girl here has a rabbit on top of her...
That's surely a good sign.
...Then again the council is against the celestials, and the secret police of Vallance was an agent of the celestials (though I'm not sure if it's because he was secret police or a spectre..)
