I do wonder if Held is going to strengthen The Dream using her wish, or do something similar to Minori except in reverse (someone visits her dream//mindscape, she gets stronger)
A clown did visit Noah's dream after the nightmares after all, and that wasn't a nightmare I'm pretty sure.

Clown showed up in hoh_noah_4021. I'd forgotten about that too until Mallory brought it up. A few comics later it's shown that Noah was actually dreaming, so the Clown was in his dream somehow.
