It's less a "What has she done" situation, and more "What has been done to her" situation.

On the other hand, it DOES seem like Tobi's absorbed a LOT of Darkwater into herself, given how much lower the Darkwater currently is than what it was. That is likely unhealthy for... everyone in the world, honestly, including Tobi herself.

@Ghost going by previous appearances I think that's just her hair (I had to go back and check but it looks the same as before, I don't see any new hair thingies), but it looks weird because of the green.

I'm not sure someone covered in other people's blood is in a position to ask questions like that.

Also: It's a lot of fuss to make about a bit of redecorating.
