@TaranAlvein Oh, no, no, no. It is a fortunate coincidence for Heroland and subsidiaries that Alvarian hospitality knows no bounds. They are so hospitable that they allow a couple of Black Stars to stay, since they won't cause trouble to their homeland nor Heroland. Alvaria also welcomed a guest rag-tag band that, as it happens, both is known by said BS and caused a lot of trouble in Edstatt.
Alvaria can't be made diplomatically/politically responsible the conflict created between their guests. Moreso when said guests are much more powerful than whatever forces a frontier post can muster! It'd be outrageous to blame them of such a thing.

What impresses me is the level hutzpah the Alvarians have here. Were I in their shoes, the first concern putting all these... disruptive people together is the potential for collateral damage. If things get dicey, I wouldn't want them in the same zip code as me, never mind the same room.
Either the Alvarians are supremely confident in their own might, or they REALLY have an axe to grind with the Livarians. Probably both.
