When you think about it, the Iron Judge is doing the same thing Heroland is doing: Escalating a needless conflict because he can't let go of his pride. This is a real 'old fool makes prat of self' scenario, with Baroness Sabrina/Piper in the firing line when it all goes wrong.
The anti-Justopean racism is weird too, given that they aren't actually a threat to anyone due to their lack of magic(hence the Vader project). But anyone who flees the tyranny of the Justopean secret police gets persecuted, it's odd.
