After surviving the whole Chernyl debacle, Noah and all the other kids from the Veda project are being shipped to THE ARK, where they will continue being turned into magic soldiers. Also, since Veda is on trial after the whole Chernyl debacle, it's been renamed to Barnrose project.

Windows 'Dead Kid' Radar has Chernyl's nightmares living rent free in his head(they are mostly harmless at the moment, but Apu Hallowman isn't completely powerless and is hitting Windows with (ordinary) nightmares). Using his power may be more dangerous as a result.
Gazz the grass (the one who keeps injuring himself with his powers) is still plotting to kill Chernyl if he ever gets the chance.
A minor unexplained oddity: A clown infiltrated Windows dreams by accident. Most strange.
Cherry (the dark haired bubblegum girl) and some of the other girls realised they were heading into the open ocean before they reached the Great Arc™, well done them (Cherry appears to be a genius on top of her magical talents).
Various persons (including Nail and Gazz/Gaston) heard the name Ciel used during the nightmare arc and may suspect that Windows has an unseen companion.
Speaking of Ciel, she's talked Windows into experimenting with his power a little.
It was revealed that the Grey Child who saved Windows from the Dentist demanded that Windows would wish for Chernyl power to be placed under his (The GC's) command(claiming that Windows would die if he did not), but Windows wished instead to be able to trap the nightmares in mindscapes.
And in the most recent Held arc, Minori (a name Ciel used to refer to Windows in her first appearance (https://www.neorice.com/hoh_noah_314)) was revealed to be a young female magic user with the same power as Windows. She has a strong resemblance to both Windows and Ciel. Minori may have been the reason Chernyl thought she recognised Windows (https://www.neorice.com/hoh_noah_3295). 'Tis worth noting that her attempts to resurrect her fallen family created a spirit of sorts with her brother's face and mannerisms (The Grey Child? Windows himself?).

Noah's been pretty reliable in the information front. For a civilian.
The spiral tips are fancy, but the glitter lines remind me of Held's Temple Quest. If not Magilante, maybe it's related to the Technocrats? Or at least, maybe some of their tech is in the Arc.
