Honestly? I understand Noah quite a bit. Wearing clothes or jewelry when you are not used to, or stopping using it after long-term usage feels weird.

Some people say they feel naked not wearing earrings, and others keep touching their hat or necktie being specially self-conscious about it.

It actually does make sense for their uniform not to be primarily blue. This shows their status as "outsiders" in a clear manner while still giving them a uniform.

I posted on the last strip a list of different Justopea uniform examples from page 2081 (forgetting to comment on the Barnrose Project Uniform shown on the page I was commenting on), and theorised that the depth of the blue alongside the frequency of the White and Gold was dependant on one's position and authority. Higher Authority results in white Transitioning to Gold, and less likelihood of getting dirty (aka, being relegated to desk-jobs) results in wearing vastly lighter colours or outright wearing white pants.

If my interpretation IS correct (which it easily could be wrong), then them having gold implies that they're positions of authority within their group, dark pants/skirt implies that they're expected to "get-into-action", and the Red Jacket/Top is to both mark them as targets (because Justopea still doesn't like magic users) and differentiate them from everyone else.

The you know what: The scars or the pony tail? Probably the former, but I can imagine her thinking the latter.
