Noah is applying a very smart psychological technique:
The robot/JSP can't determine if he's talking to something or not, if he simply narrates everything all the time regardless.

Wellness be upon you!!!

Wow, Noah just got a bomb collar on his neck and it took him an entire minute to go back to business as usual. He's really just completely desensitized to this stuff, huh?

Well wishes.

Sunday fever sticks more than Saturday night ones apparently. Hope you'll get better soon.
As for the bomb collar... It is a really Smile Corp. thing to do.

Noah: worse in Haven
Yes ? Then the nightmares where the enemies.
Now, the JSP/goverment should be your ally; but they put a trap collar on you.

I was hoping he'd have a nice view of the ocean, but the forested area should still be pleasant to look at. I'm guessing it's full of dinosaurs or something.
@oskarloko: But isn't that the way things were in Haven? The JSP, Royal Guards and central army were a liability (the local forces, lead by Halmer put up a much better show). They refused evacuation, presumed Vader was dead, thus preventing an early move against Apu Hallowman and tried to blow the city up (which it should be noted, wouldn't have stopped Chernyl). Most of the death in Haven were a direct result of their cowardice, incompetence and outright malice. This is actually better than that.

I'll just add that I love that you guys tried to say something three times and ended up saying it five times, very Pythonesque (one, two, five!). :)
