Turns out diplomatic immunity is just a diplomatic thing, it only applies as long as the countries involved agree to it.

Arguably Piper could have diplomatic immunity, given she could be seen as an official representative of the Mage Kingdom sent by the Iron Judge.
(Maybe Guy as well, but I don't think he's officially supposed to be in Livaria on Empire business).

I suppose Guy could get rid of the Livarian disguise, too... But since this is Guy we're talking about, he probably feel more at home with a disguise to help him fly under the radar.

@Personthing I doubt Justopea cares much about Guy after "being promoted/pushed away". He's there on behalf of Veda, on his "vacation", just that, and so far focused on his task.
Piper... I'd rather not give her any kind of immunity, even if she's fine conflagrating everything she dislikes regardless. Even if so, Iron Judge sent her & team kinda incognito due to the ties between Eddstadt and the investigation the guy that got "gold-ed" was doing. The Mage Kingdom and Heroland relationship might have changed to "it is complicated" recently. If I were her I would not announce who I am.
