Pablo loves his country so very much, and he so very badly want the others to also love his country.
Piper doesn't care for Livarall if it isn't flammable. Guy only cares in-so-far as he cares about information in general. Burk only cares for food, fighting villainy, and hawt, muscular men. Evyle doesn't care. Evyle is bored. Evyle wants to expose the corruption at the top of Livarall's political landscape and then take her leave with a wicked smile on her lips as the country it is dragged into a decades-spanning civil war.
