Not really? Different Nose, different hair color, somewhat different ears, Veda is known for being tall while that girl has at most slightly above average height.
Veda also uses makeup and had a similar hairstyle at one point, but
that is all.

That might be a mistake like how often Noah's contingency accidentally gets dropped or they might have decided that the contingency is useless to her based on however her power works.

Ah, so Aude *is* in a class of her own. And it is ineed good to see her again after all these years.
I think there are members of another class present, as there were two pupils with light uniforms but different hats to the feather girl in the background of page 4652.
That leaves the matter of the missing pupils. I do hope no one's been executed. I'd expect two or three more classes if they're all still alive and unrestrained (one for the free magic users, one or two for the others).
As for the danger of the other pupils... well the Malhart sprogs are essentially a gang, but the one who worries me is Gaston. He's obviously more than willing to kill anyone who he considers a threat to humanity. I fear he's a true believer in the purge.
