He has a point, no self respecting slave owner would ever forget to feed and house his slaves. If they die you have fewer slaves.
Oh, wait, he was talking about morality. Silly boy, there is no Justice in Justopia.

I'm not surprised at all.
Mr. Kimberly has a point: Room and board should be the bare minimum they're getting, without the need to do any extra. But then again, maybe it is and the credit situation is just for when they get bored with the basic stuff?

Comrade Kimberly tries to radicalize the youths...

Kimberly has an amusing mix of shockingly potent powers. And absolutely no ambition past existing.
But yes. Gazz does seem like the sort, to advance to the Green Barets fairly quickly based on skill. The initial sorting, by all accounts, have been fairly rough.

Mr. Kimberly is great husband material. He's chill, responsible, sympathetic, and espouses sound politics... Gazz, on the other hand, is way too quick to fall in line with the empire's way of thinking and doing things. At least he's not crazy about the bomb-collars.

My guess is Mr. Kimberly will be the first one to be demoted to a peon and he will give exactly 0 f*cks about it. He will do the bare minimum to get by and not get "eliminated" in any way. Maybe he will even enjoy this kind of life after a while.

Sorry Mr. Kimberly but it turns out, those basic life necessities you want requires someone to produce them. Since you want this stuff guaranteed, that means you are asking someone to work while you in turn don't have to.

I like the new poses for the gang.

@Radical Dreamer Mr. Kimberly isn't allowed to produce goods in the first place. He might be allowed to cook for himself, but he remains a prisoner and is not allowed to create any basic life necessity.
Free room and board is an exceptionally reasonable ask from a prisoner.

They're dogs of the military. Should be taken care of! No pay for food or dorms! That's what taxes are for!

@radical dreamer: that's not necessarily true, at the level of technology the empire is at sure, but automation is possible, it's just that human labor is cheap and accessible.

I guess Gazz's power hasn't really been witnessed much? Not sure how much he can demonstrate without overstraining, either. Maybe he'll be stuck in blue until a deadly situation forces him to push himself again.
Mr. Com thinks Justopea should take up Kimmunism
