An important issue has arisen that demands our immediate attention.
Unless we act NOW, there's some risk -- however slight or remote -- that, eventually, there may be a strip which does NOT feature Mini-Cha.
I'm sure we all understand the enormous gravity of this situation, the immensity of what's at stake, and the urgency with which it needs to be addressed.
Ideas? Suggestions?

Hey, uh, this guy just called Pablo "mister diplomat". Which... well, Pablo never mentioned being a diplomat to this guy. I forget if his outfit is specifically the thing diplomats wear, which could explain it (though imply Finnegad pays attention to that kind of thing). If that isn't a thing that's been established, and it's just normal formal Livarian dress, then- yeah, this guy knows more than he's letting on.

@Benedict
It's a standard outfit, yeah. It basically means Alfen is savvy.

I'm pretty sure that Burke is a normal person who trained into One Punch level powers.
No magic..

Its certainly nice to wake up to a new strip each morning.
And yeah, Alfren is kinda perceptive.
He did notice something were up from Burk, merely from registering Burk wandering around being his cryptic self. I think that makes him just about the first guy sharp enough to notice that, without Burk having to Punch anyone.
