However, the Revenant managed to go through Kid Candy's spirit cover like warm butter. So, if the Revenant is either using Black Crystal or something else that disables magic, KC might not be able to use his Spirit...

They really shouldn't be doing things like this, especially not in front of a horrified loved one. But will blasting them with magic do any good? Never mind the worry of him being caught in the blast (thanks to his injuries), I mean will this power of hers do anything to them at all? They don't seem fazed by brutal stabbing.

I assume this is a rehearsed move, that if nothing else gives poor Kid Candy a distraction to try and bail away during.
Even if things indeed dont seem well. I am a little surprised Heroland dont educate its heroes better in monster types. Revenants seems like a big deal.
In the end the final conclusion is, this world is super fucked up. Ghouls. Revenants. Magic users.

They went from double-teaming a Ghoul to getting double-teamed by Ghouls, and now the wife is blasting them all at the same time.

So option A you've not done anything to anyone but have managed to blind yourself at close range to beings who are likely about to literally rip you a new one. Option B You've killed/injured them and saved lovebunny yay!. Option C You've killed/injured everyone not idle but you can now gently rock back and forth in trauma mostly in a safe manner. Option D Lovebunny is a smouldering pile of now rotting meat, the other two are unaffected and are now turning towards you annoyed that you damaged the goods as it where, bad news the horrible trauma shock your in from killing your loved one has you in a bad state of mind for whats coming next, good news your probably going to be so deep in shock you'll barely feel whats happening! Always look on the brightside.
