It’s a testament to the engaging storytelling that while I of course have my preferences between them, no matter which character we are on it always annoys me when we put their story on pause to resume someone else’s.

I have to wonder, we do know that the Burk part of the story happened long before the Tobi part, the television scenes of pages 955 & 956 showed that the Eddstadt Incident is recent enough to still be discussed, but was directly called "awhile ago", so Tobi's likely at least a few months behind Burk.
I kinda hope we see why they're on the top 10 most wanted list, but I expect they've been on that list for a while now.
