Hi, I'm a loyal reader.
Gosh, the blurs make it kind of hard to tell what's happening. In fact, it's hard to understand a lot of the scenes with purple energy.
Suggestion: Simplify the purple electricity, so it's easier to read, move the CRASH or OWNED things or similar ones to the side on such occasions, remove the blurry, have like a simpler background, so you can see outlines, or any combination of the above?
I hope this makes sense + isn't rude! c:
If all else fails, throwing rocks is a good fallback plan.

The owned effect on Bandit is a bit weird, Is hard to tell whats happening on this panel (except Bandit being one-hit-ko'd)
But ignoring this, I really liked it^^ and as a loyal reader, I will happily wait for the next panel^^

As always, nice update, Neo. I keep staring at Moe's special effects, but for the life of me I can't figure it out: just what is the guy doing? Flashy magic that triggers his "shifting"? Shockwaves? Either way, it looks cool.
Maybe Moe attacks using his skin then?
I'm not the one trying that theory... =P
Obviously part of his weakness is range. Someone get a sniper rifle.
I just noticed Moe's foot is hovering over Bandit's nose. That's gotta suck.

So i'm suspecting that the "weakness" of his powers is that he can only do it one instance at a time. Note how it vanished from his foot as he build it at his face for protection. >_>
(Also, i concur that it's pretty hard to tell just what the hell Moe is doing with that energy. Movement doesn't convey very well in your current style.)
Is there any place one can find any kind of info about the characters without going through the pages? :P

Nope, though if you specify I can always add a cast page on my feature request list.
Almost everyone in Noah's story, there are so many characters there that it's really hard to remenber everyone.
