...he still doesn't get Burk is an esper, does he? I can forgive everyone else, even people who VAGELY know about Espers cause they might assume they all belong to the global order. But given what this guy knows, who he is, and who he works for, you'd think he'd be able to convince that Burk might be one nad magic is, at best, ineffective, and most likely almost completely useless against him

Wowe. Using all those powers of heros that Burk already beat up sure will help this man. I wonder what Burk, who beat all of the heros possessing these powers, and having mastered them to some extend, will do about the matter.
