Well, with Noel we got another hint for the meaning of the uniforms.
The ones with the capes seem to have powers useful against magic users.
The blue ones are probably something like footsoldiers (magic potential, no "useful" pandemonium power), green is for "elite" soldiers and red for the intelligence branch.

Well this would have been a good time for a dramatic sound effect. Or maybe some lightning.

It looks like the purple uniform is indeed for counter magic specialists.

So. He'd probably like to know what, exactly, happened to all the nightmares. Then there's the Grey Child, it would be interesting to see if Noel's heard of him... and even more so of he hasn't.

He should probably be warned of Gaston's continued desire to purge Chernyl. I mean, he's unlikely to be surprised, but...

Oh, Wow! There is also Han Wunchester and the Malhart Orphan with teleportation powers! They both seem to have the hat for students with specific disciplines, a shame the background colorizations prevents us from seeing the color of their Uniforms.

Noel's probably not overly fond of Noah now that they're no longer in a crisis...

Yoooo! I was setting up myself to a cozy read of the comic and I see Noel here. Not a surprise, but hell I'm hyped about it. I like Noel much, almost as much as our dear Noah, and certainly a top character of this story ark. (Could not help myself.)

Windows never seems to be allowed any downtime without someone wanting to drag him off for a lecture. The train to Haven, he's about to eat, lecture and test. He wakes up from a coma, meets up with others, possibility of meal raises its head, lecture and psychotic rant. Here and now, wandering off to sit down somewhere, a wild lecturer appears.

It occurs to me that he might have something to say about the mysterious spirals.

Now I wonder if those exploding collars have also some micro...

Worth noting that Noel and some of his foster siblings appear to be in a one purple, two red group. This is starting to look like the group of five Haven veterans wasn't a coincidence. Two scouts, a counter magic type and two heavy hitters, do we have a squad?

@Cellphone: While Noel could hold some bitterness towards Noah. Noah did save his, Cheryl's and everyone else's bacon. I'd be surprised he is pissed at him.
