The problem for Tobi is that Nero is showing her a lot of state secrets, confidential information.
If Tobi refuses to help, she will earn a ticket to a quick dead.
The solution is to put humans into the robotic bodies ? T

I can't help but think about the magic school's robot. How did Justopea get ahold of one? Was it also a deal with Magilante or was it stolen, and would they heed the warning even if it was lawfully aquired? Is it going to go rogue and wreck everything? Make the students do what it wants by threatening to blow up the bomb collars?

That is one hell of a moral ask.

If I wasn't trusting Tobi's scan abilities to be better than Magilante's crafting capabilities, I would suspect that those aren't robots and are more cyborgs at this point, utilising a human brain as the central processing unit, with some brain-damage being forced on them during (or before) operations in order to ensure they become sociopaths.
