@Tom don't think so but the description fits either Ghouls which people already knew about hence part of the reason for the purge. The phantom thing that wanted to give Tobi a deep skeleton clean and lastly The Hollowman as he first appeared at least.
Otherwise some new 'fun' playmate for the menagerie of things we already have.
@Lord_Incaros I don't think so. Infinite's ghoul didn't seem to share any mannerisms with Infinite.

@oskarloko: The simplest explanation is that she had a terrifying life afore she gained her dream creation ability. Then again, maybe she was just had a tortured psyche that would have otherwise led to the writing of Lovecraftian horror.
