well, so far, we have a mysterious illness and a mysterious contractor that target the sick.
I was wondering wether the blondie was a guy or a girl...
I'm guessing that "sick" in this context means "magical talent".
The question is, is she actually Noah? Will Noah come to her rescue? Or is she going to die, thus triggering Noah's investigation into what's going on?
Well, we'll know within the next few updates at least.

That face carver did such a nice job on Sharkface Sam. I can't imagine he has the talent and training to properly return that favor to the world.

Judging by the comic's pattern of "last panel attack cliffhanger", I'm guessing that Mr. Sharkface won't succeed in his attack.
