There's a lot of variation on the blues that Justopea utilises, though. Using page 2081 as a guide...
The Royal Guard use Navy with Gold Accents and no white I can see.
The JSP use a Deep Blue with Gold Accents Cloak/Cape and a Navy Suit with White Accents.
The Military has two examples, and they're both completely different. Lieutenant Marble wore white pants, a blue shirt & a blue jacket with white trim. Halmer, meanwhile, and most of the Soldiers were wearing Dark Blue with White Accents and between no and minimal Gold.
From this I presume that the more likely your clothing to get dirty, the less white you wear, and the lower the position the less gold you wear. While the particular shade of blue you receive depends on whether or not you're expected to "act in the shadows" or not.
That is pretty fashionable, though!
