Yup, the salt mines are overflowing.
So, Mr.Gaston, you fucken spilled the beans to Natasha, back in Haven, during a "secret mission" because you wanted to impress a female as an attempt at flirting. It is implied by the magic intensity, that she was using her Panda, but he was fooled and "taken advantage of", for info sharing, Gazz would utterly and completely fail at Noah's task.
Don't get me wrong, seduction IS a skill, props to her; but, Gazz was outclassed. Holy heck the understatement (right word?) of it.
Not saying Noah would have an easy time doing proper "physical" training.
Ooh, interesting how the GBs get right into the wild, I guess that was one requirement to get that rank

what chicken? im forgetting

Was the chicken what he was arguing was the scariest nightmare back when they were on the boat?

@ Giovanni: We didn't see the chicken. The group Mr Kimberly was with ran into a completely different set of Nightmares than any we saw, including the Math Nightmare.
On these Blue Beret's:
Hevel really needs to get a confidence booster. I feel like he's the closest to getting a new Beret, and he'll get a Green one at that. Gaz could only get a Red Beret, but needs to learn how not to hurt himself doing anything with power. Felix probably can't get any other Beret's, but will almost inevitably end up in a Leadership Position for the Blue Beret's, even if only as the Quartermaster due to his Power's.

While Noah and Gazz where moving through Haven, the rest of the group where defending the military base. When Noah join back with them after everything, Kimberly and the kid with time power are discussing which nightmare they fought was scarier. That's the first time we hear of the chicken

@straightbackward I can be charitable and think Gazz means the last paragraph most of all. (And, admittedly, if failing doesn't have horrible consequences as long as you make a sincere attempt, Noah's is likely to be the least physically draining... unless Noah's unlucky in who targets him. (Muggings can, though usually do not, fall under espionage.)
Even if it's not the easiest to pass, it's the least effort to attempt. (And it's definitely easiest on the difficulty for Noah meter.)
@Giovanni I can't speak for patreon readers, but for folks only reading the free pages here, it's a noodle incident that happened to the fraction of Noah's class at the Base while he was dealing with Chernyl.
4159 is the page it's discussed. It sounds like the base had to deal with some quantity of attacking monsters, including a nightmare chicken. (Mr. Kimberly thinks that was the worst, an opinion I'm not sure is universal.)

The way Kimberly says "a level" makes me think of certain groups who use that term and some others in unusual and rigid ways. Which almost certainly has nothing to do with it and Kimberly's just unsure (or cynical about) how they determined that, but could you *imagine*.
@giovanni: https://www.neorice.com/hoh_noah_4159 . One of the relatively few nightmares that broke into the military base during the Haven arc.

@Darius
I don't think neither Hevel nor Gaston are anywhere near a beret level. They have reasonably good magical aptitude, but there is nothing truly special about either of them.
Noah is about the only beret we've seen that we know doesn't have any kind of special power, and the snobs in his class pointed out it's highly unusual. Noah was likely chosen not only because of exceptional spirit sense, but also because realistically he'd probably be completely useless in any other role.
Both green berets we've seen have powers, and while we haven't seen much of Mable's, we know that Kimberly's power is completely nuts. Being simply good at spirit shield isn't anywhere near the same level.
Speaking of: Gaston probably massively underestimates Kimberly, since the only time Gazz saw Kimberly in action was when the latter was being completely useless during the exhibition match. Gaston never witnessed any of Kimberly's actual accomplishments.

@Darius: I would argue that Felix is the closest to gaining a colour beret, simply because he has a really useful power. It's just, he's loud and hotheaded and that's annoyed the teachers. If he matures a bit and there's a space, I can seem him moving up. Gaston on the other tendril has failed at essentially everything aside from Magiball, while Hevel honestly hasn't done much at all. They could both be weak by Peon standards, for all we know.
