Tobi is making sure she saves Mr. Green instead of just bailing. Its almost as if a life of taking part in games where you fight monsters and actually feel the damage has prepared her for this kind of thing.
Mr. Yellow sounds like he was making plans on how to use Tobi's talent to his benefit but takes the rational action to run away from danger (likely into more danger given the traps of this place).

Yellow, you trying to sell Tobi would have backfired in a literally explosive manner. I'm fairly certain that she still has the ability to produce infinite Grenades as a result of her Class, after all. Even if she hasn't used that ability for a while, as it hasn't been useful.
Oh, and it looks like Tobi is "destined" to introduce something that would change the world. Likely the class system she utilises.

The classes only work inside the dungeon and they were stripped of their classes by the Dungeon Boss.

I don't think Tobi has a 'class', I think those are given by class orbs that last for one dungeons based on the initial explanation (351), and she lost it to the boss before the dungeon was even finished anyways (430). I don't think she's used explosives since. She bluffed throwing grenades once, but it never exploded (975).
