I think so too. I think Klaassen knew that from the beginning too. I think all that talk about 3 being a machine was an attempt to gaslight Shalhia into doubting what she saw because if people knew what President Nero and his faction were doing it would jeopardize the entire G.O.

Now, will her fellow paladins retrieve her and her recording cells ? If so, the bloodshed Klaassen pretended to avoid by killing Shallia will go more fiercely.
