Yes, nice, but does he know how to get there? Just a "Not here & now" is correct, but does not help in any way. Besides, the Corporation did provide Tobi with some stuff which should help her to get to Rauel. Unfortunately, Tobi does not know that the stuff is currently in the safe keeping of Three.
