Well on one hand it would be very stupid to do anything to sabotage your best chances against the ghoul and whatever else is going on. On the other hand Levin is dumb enough he might, especially if he feels like his trick can protect him from whatever danger is incoming.

You got the second part backwards. The player colours don't match the door colour. The CARD's colour matches the door colour, and the player's animal matches the card animal. Levin is purple, but since his card is pink, he goes in the pink door.

As people have said, Levin is up to something. He seems too sharp to make this mistake. I don't think he would forget the color of the keycard doesn't matter. Its the animal that matches the person and the person that matches their colored door. You need all 3 to be correct.

I wonder which artist was commissioned by smilecorp to make the designs and if they could’ve foreseen them being used for vivisections disguised as a death game.

If blue got skulled then choosing door based on animal seems… much less like the correct solution. Huh.

Ghoul infinite might’ve not counted as dead while phantasm cop might’ve counted as dead? Wonder what accounts for this permutation.

Odd that Levin and Foxy turned out to be the nicest and safest people for young Binky to have run into given how their first chapter ended. It's low bar of course, what with Tobi being the epicentre of the madness and everyone else being undead, insane or both.

Actually, now I think of it, there was no announcement for the secret agent of the damned, yet surely he must have died to become what he is?

@Strannik: Maria may have been planning to become one of the undead though. Her symbol was a skull... With that said, there must be a way out, as there was a way in. Also, I believe it was said that there were legal reasons why the game is a game.

Remember, the player color does not match the door color. This was confirmed on page 2600, because the skull-marked door colors didn't match the dead players' colors. We don't have confirmation that the pass color matches the door color, but players seem to be making that assumption.

On page 2600, Jay-Jay said "The green pass doesn't go with Mr. Green, but with whatever player got told about the snake!" This COULD be interpreted as "Mr. Green's non-green card goes in the green door." However, this interpretation was already debunked, as stated above. So instead, Mr. Green has a non-green door.

We don't know for sure that the door colors match the pass colors. They could have some secret third meaning. But Levin does seem to be good at deducing secret rules, so if he thinks it's based on card color, maybe it is.

Shalhia picked up her red card, and the red door doesn't have a skull. I'm guessing the locked Yellow Door is Mr. Green's, inaccessible until the end. And three wasn't told their animal as one of their initial statement, so how will it know? Funny if it's the snake.

It was foreshadowed that a player could lock a door by using the wrong card. Feels like that should happen at least once, and Levin is by far the most obvious candidate to do it intentionally.

Alternatively, that could be what happened to the yellow door. However, Smile specifically said it would be marked with a red X.

But if the Player was required to open the door, Levin might still be required to operate the elevator. It was kind of nice of him to drag Bindy along: she's probably got very little cash to extort (started with nothing, terrible trivia, worse in the orchard, last train). Levin could have bullied the money out of her and ditched, or tried to work a deal with Three, seeing as Three does have money.
