Two? Am I missing something? Once Yellow died, the implication of that announcement seemed to be that there would be no further announcements. I don't think we ever got confirmation that Mr. Green died; the phantasm killed the Infinite clone and was more interested in Tobi at that point, so it's possible he's still alive in the maze. She already accounted for Jay-Jay and Maria, so the only candidates for the other dead person would be either Heusten or Tobi taking a dive in the black water. I suppose Heusten was still considered a player after becoming a phantasm, but I don't recall seeing an announcement from him turning to bones. Did it happen off-screen while Tobi was in the Game-Boy area?
That would have been an amusing announcement: "Oh, uh, yeah, we thought we had the phantasm we wanted and he was going to kill everyone, but he just got himself killed, so we're awkwardly going back to following the rules."
