I'm hoping he has some kind of anti ghoul artifact/weapon, similar to what tobi just recieved. With as many secrets as this world has, I'm sure there is a secret way to end ghouls for good.
Or maybe it's a letter or something stupid and it was his plan all along to cause enough trouble to get big z called against him so he could deliver it.

I think he could have! The armor does make him look robot-y if you think like Burk.

Pablo still doesn't understand why Burk does these things, but he's well past the point of fearing for Burk's life.
He was terrified when Burk fought the Pirate of the Storm. Now he sees Burk walking right up to a high-level Ghoul, and he's mostly just confused.
