Bad news: everybody is into the idea of clobbering Noah
Good news: only one of them -should- have an actual reason to; and it's possible that Justopea isn't -quite- so stupid as to let its students sabotage their fellows outside of a mission contest.
Entirely possible they -are-, but also possible they aren't

It's Cillia or bust, of course.

The Malhart kids have each others codes, don't they?

One particular, relevant, thing changed. Haven's paint helped hide the Dream Team's magic "signature".
Betcha Noah's capable of seeing through that without much effort. Surely they have other aces, but I'm on Han's side to err towards caution.
I wonder how much of a magic training did the other MUs had, knowing that they have a power they might not have developed spirit sense or what-have-yous since they relied on the power anyway.
I expect the Malhartians to be Top or near Top here, Malhart trained them after all, I think.

I wonder if Cadwell's planning to gather codes from more than just his target, then seek favours in exchange for either giving codes away or NOT giving them away?
Also, a possibility occurs to me, based on one of Randall's suggestions in https://www.neorice.com/hoh/4546 - as it seems like no one knows who's after their code, offering to "protect" your target's letter for them would be an option.

The haven kids probably have each other as targets, to push them apart. Best to break up a group of dissenters.

Little do they realize,
the fact that they're all here in this class means ALL of them have the perfect power for this

Plot twist: The higher ups expected this, so the Malhart kids are each other's targets.
