You misunderstand the scene.

Kid Candy is the perforated guy off-screen who was having his organs harvested.

The Livarian guy talking about somebody saving heroland heroes, even after all the trouble heroland has given him, is responding to the other Livarian guy recognizing the unknown flying hero as Captain Liverall.

As such, the Libarian guy is almost certainly referring to Captain Liveraria as the person saving Heroland heros, not to Burk.

@oskarloko: Kid Candy (the Heroland hero who got impaled in the shoulder) isn't even visible this strip, so I'm not sure what you're talking about? The revenant, on the other hand, is clearly talking about Captain Livaria, and saying that the fact that he has help (Burk) is problematic.

The revenants are horrified at this blatant disregard for Heroland standard operating procedure. The other guy is actually staying still because he's taking out his phone to call the cops.
