I feel like the tierlist for most draggable protagonist would need two different categories. At this point in their canon stories, the "while conscious" leaderboard would probably still have Noah (Aka Windows, Radar) in first place, despite Held's youth and Tobi's small stature. (I may be underestimating Noah here. It's hard to tell. But he's the only one who I'm like "would he fight back at all, if the dragging wasn't obviously into peril"?)

"While unconscious", on the other hand, Tobi is in fierce competition with Held. Burk is obviously heaviest, and also probably carrying significant quantities of weights, and Noah is probably heavier than Tobi... (despite also probably being younger?)

I'd guess Held-at-this-point-in-her-story wins, but only if you interpret that as the flashback. Presumably Purpmane's-present-Held is heavier than Tobi and Noah - but likely carrying fewer weights than Burk. (And also likely "actually lighter".)

Three is, of course, refraining from using hand signs so that he doesn't realize they're capable of communication. Let's hope tobi can infer that.

Counterpoint: Burk might be harder to drag, but he's accompanied by a large group of loyalish people, so a couple of people could help drag him. As opposed to Tobi or Noah, who'd have to hope at least one person cares enough to (even if they only need one).

Burk could most likely be easy to drag if you convinced him it was the Secret Traversal Technique: Hero Slide

Nero isn't strictly speaking lying. He's just doing that annoying thing that many Presidents tend to do where he omits information that might be detrimental to his interests both so that he'll be more convincing and so that if some of that sensitive information resurfaces again, he'll have plausible deniability and be able to claim ignorance.

If we consider lack of consciousness as category, we should *also* recall Noah was carried around inside a Catzdroid after the Dentist incident. Though I agree "egged" Tobi can seem life a fair match, Noah recovered conscience while in the Catzdroid and stayed there as the half of the bicephalean cat until it was dispelled.

There is no match.

Just to contribute, Noah also technically gets carried around people's minds when he enters them.

Did the old guy not mention the paladin having carried Tobi on her back? Not a big leap of logic there.
