Anyway, it just occurred to me that this museum warden seems to imply that Blue Bird is in the same league as Ariara? (Then again, Guy did mention that the Top 10 Criminals list isn't based purely on power, so maybe Blue Bird is an example of someone who made it unto that list for other reasons.)

Considering he's in the 10 most wanted, he's probably capable enough to have it both ways; go after something that's kept elsewhere and then, when they're reacting and reorganising in response to this, swoop into the museum for a bonus theft.

It should be mentioned though, Aria wasnt purely in the top 10 due to her personal power. It was just as much from her being super obnoxious, in her ability to raid coastlines willy-nilly on a flying metal heat shaped like a ship.
Its perfectly possible, that Blue Bird is in fact stronger than Aria.
Even if perhaps not the most likely case.
They kinda have to be a magic user with how flashy they are though. Else a low level heroland hero would have tagged them ages ago.

@Some guy, Yeah, that was my imagined turn of events. Thinking that BB's reputation as a thief makes the theft easier as everyone is hyper-focusing defense on the perceived weakness weakening the otherwise hard defense points.
I presume there's more to it, BB's a magic user too and we seem to be thinking "traditional film theft".
