Cillia is probably right. Internal investigations would likely fall on the black berets. Unless she has a limit she should be marking as many people as possible just incase she needs to look through their eyes later.

Color coding is best suited for enemy snipers, which many armies in our world discovered long time ago. I suppose Justopeans have to discover it in their own time.
Anyway, I'm surprised that Princess has survived so far, I don't remember him having any special abilities, and expected him to be disposed of. So it seems everyone has survived, despite Veda's threats and JSP's involvement.

These guys are going to be way more effective than Heroland heroes (and shaders, in the case of the peons), pound-for-pound, after their training.
They have specialized roles, they have logistics, and they have standardized training, all of which the very individualistic forces of heroland lack.
