I just realized, since Vonesperda said the start of it, but Evyle is the one who said "Your body and abilities are mine," it might mean that Evyle gets Vonesperda's body and abilities, and Vonesperda only gets to observe.

There's got to be a catch. Evelyn is too cunning amd experienced to get screwed over so easily. Especially since she prepared the wording of the contract.
