Oh my god you ruined it.
You know what I love? Social experiments.
When you make a mistake or genuine error, it gets politely pointed out that there's something wrong.
[at least, it generally happens.]
I'd want to post some type of rant or speech of comfort here, but I actually have nothing to explain or to justify.
If any of you actually understand the rules of engagement, feel free to try again.
Until that moment I wish you peace.
With kind regards,
Guido Bos
[Additional notes:
1. This is not a goodbye message of any kind
2. If you actually understand what I mean, feel free to comment & explain it to me.
thank you.]

Actually i like it... the head a re bit to large but overall... yeah. Go for it.
Here:
You DIDN'T make a mistake or genuine error. You tried something new, you were creative.
People were closed-minded about it, as people often will be about unexpected or original things. They just don't know how to appreciate them.
Saying that "you ruined it" is an absolutely closed-minded and thoughtless way for someone to express a differing opinion.
Looking forward to seeing how this goes down (:
[Btw, I'm enjoying the greater depth of details here. I never noticed the texture of 3's hair quite so much. O: I'm... not sure what it is.]
I'm unsure of what you mean by this message, Neo; are people being rude to you in pointing out typos, or did I read this wrong?
I'm an aspiring copy editor, I would know about spelling mistakes, but heck, this is a comic made by someone (that would be you, Neo), and for free to boot. I'm not going to start being picky when you miss a letter or two, not now, not ever.
It's because of the style change, look at the latest comic, Tom.
It's not a bad style, but after like, 142 pages, people are already comfortable with sprites (me included).
Besides, didn't you say on your deviantart that you wanted to make a successful sprite comic from the very beginning?
Generally, if you do a style change, you'd go back and do it to the whole comic. If you do that, I doubt anyone will complain, they'll get used to it over time. But doing it suddenly midway through an arc is just pleading for backlash from fans.
I'm not a fan of this new style, I much preferred the pixels, I think they suited the story and setting you were aiming for far better, but, that being said, if you're going to keep this style, I won't stop reading.
Not that you'd care anyway.
I already said it over on the latest page.
Do what you want. Any time that you want.
As the artist you have every right.
:)
I know I'm fan-girling all over you here, but you're one of my absolute favorite artists.
If you do keep the new style, I think most people will get over any changes you make and continue to read for the story itself.
It's just a little hard for some people to wrap their minds around.
Others have already said it but I feel it needs to be repeated: It's your comic so you can try any style that you'd like. I liked the pixel but this is something new and interesting. The only problem I think I have is that it looks a little out of focus. But then again, I did just wake up so that could just be me. ^^
Whatever style you choose, I'll keep on reading so keep up the good work. ^^b
While I don't think that style really fits the story overall... I'd love to see how the other characters look in it.
@Shiraku - Thanks for clarifying, I realized that after reading the most recent comic.
@Neoriceisgood - You're the boss, but I'd love the pixel art to stay.
Personally, I liked that style, but I feel the whole...how would you say...Super deformed(?) style wouldn't fit the tone of the comic. But I really thought it looked cool.
As others have said, it was a cool style, but it didn't exactly fit the tone of this particular comic.
However, personally I think that if you have other styles you'd like some criticism on, use it for a comic like you've done here, and maybe make it clear that you're looking for some feedback. After all, who cares if one or two or three or ten comics are a bit different in style?
I don't think it'd be a bad idea to start an entirely new comic in that new style someday.
