That's a "funny" way of giving people permission to speak. And I'm also (1 not sure Noah and Jamal can speak for anyone but themselves and (2 pretty sure they all actually performed quite well today, all things considered.

Maybe if your magic soldier program gave them actual training instead of magic sportsball this wouldn't have happened?
The students don't even seem to know what each other's capabilities are except at a very basic level, much less how to form an effective team with each other.
And venturing into unknown enemy territory that interfered with their magic vision, to not just combat but perform espionage on other probably more experienced magic users? It's surprising this mission didn't end with *everyone* dead, captured, or MIA.

Depends whether you use ordinal or cardinal count for decades. I prefer ordinal one, so the decade will end in one year for me. Most people seem to prefer the cardinal count though.
Anyway, I expect more cyberpunk motifs soon.
