@ Lurker: I disagree, that would mean that people can't do "secret" trades. My assumption is that the suitcases are used as a way to confirm how many each individual has, and each suitcase is traded during a trade, so only three trades with confirmed quantities can be made at a time. As for why that's impotent, ignoring that someone could say that they have 500 when they only have 1, there's also some subtleties that I suspect the "kill" group understood that our group never outright said, or checked. I have an idea of one, if not two, of them. The second is "not putting a chip in to trade".
