Lack of updates: explained
Yo, Neorice here.
I'm sure some of you may have noticed that, although I'm back from France, I haven't updated the comic yet!
Now you may ask, gee neo, why haven't you updated yet?
Truth to be told, I'd like to have a bit of a format/quality change for the comic before I start again, but to do this I've got to get quite a lot of things done & worked out beforehand.
There's a lot of things I'd like to handle more efficiently and I really want to raise the quality of the comic a lot as well.
Before I finish the next page, I really want to get a lot of things worked out.
These things include;
1. fixing up the character sprites
2. developing a better background quality & making the necessary backgrounds in this style & quality.
3. Actually writing out the next story arc in it's entire state before starting on it, to avoid making it a bit of a confusing mess.
4. Get character designs for the next story arc fully fleshed out.
5. get a good stable page format of a set height & width going
That's roughly all I'm working on right now and it might take a while, though in the end it'll probably lead to a more enjoyable comic experience.
For those who'd like to give feedback or ideas on how else I could really improve the comic when I return from my hiatus feel free to comment here, on the forums or hit me up on AIM/MSN.

Second of all, you're IMPROVING the comic? That's like, I dunno, unexpected, and theoretically impossible, since I didn't think your comic could be any more awesome.

I seriously think you're crazy now, and I wish I had your work ethic when it comes to webcomics x3. But welcome back, and I can't wait to see what comes out :D

Thanks for reporting that Metaru; it is indeed broken. The site switched servers, and apparently the new one doesn't have the XML::RSS module; I'll get my host to install it soon.

Nice to hear the comic is not dead, also looking forward to the new format. One timid request though: if you could perhaps give us an estimated time you plan to restart it. I'm not asking for day and hour, just more or less how long you feel it will take, can we expect it around beginning of september, or maybe more like in 3-4 weeks. Not to have a promise to hold you to, but to get the idea of scale, to sort of ease the anticipation and the little when checking for the update.
